Backstopping in the field of Impact Monitoring
Task
The internal unit 'Quality Management & Controlling' is mandated to establish a M&E System for the impact assessment. The executive management inteds to improve the impact orientation in the whole organisation. As the organization does not implement the projects directly but indirectly through partner organisations, the management has to decide about the coverage of the M&E system and its contents. Furthermore, the organization has to ensure a finetuning with its sister organisation and the foreseen merger.

Results
The internal unit 'Quality Management & Controlling' has a written report with an assessment of the conceptual work so far. On the basis of this feedback the working group is able to revise its concept. The inernal unit has a ‚Sparring-Partner‘ for exchange ideas and for clarifying issues.
